About the Role

We're seeking an elite Performance Facebook Ads Specialist to drive qualified appointments for our high-ticket offer. This isn't just a media buying position – we need a creative powerhouse who can design scroll-stopping ads, build high-converting funnels, and optimize every touchpoint in our customer journey.

What You'll Do

Paid Advertising (Facebook/Instagram/Meta)

  • Strategize, launch, and scale high-performing Facebook ad campaigns focused on appointment booking
  • Manage substantial ad budgets with a focus on ROI and cost-per-appointment optimization
  • Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, copy, and landing pages
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates
  • Stay ahead of Meta platform changes and advertising best practices

Creative Production

  • Design eye-catching image ads that stop the scroll and compel action
  • Edit and produce engaging video ads (VSLs, testimonials, UGC-style content)
  • Apply graphic design principles to create on-brand, conversion-focused creatives
  • Rapidly test multiple creative variations to identify winning combinations
  • Collaborate on messaging and hooks that resonate with high-ticket buyers

GoHighLevel CRM & Funnel Building

  • Build and optimize high-converting sales funnels within GoHighLevel
  • Design landing pages, booking pages, and thank-you sequences
  • Create sophisticated automations for lead nurturing, follow-up sequences, and appointment reminders
  • Integrate calendars, email/SMS workflows, and pipeline management
  • Continuously optimize the funnel for maximum appointment show-rate and conversion

What You Bring

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of proven experience running profitable Facebook ad campaigns (high-ticket or lead generation preferred)
  • Expert-level proficiency in GoHighLevel platform – funnel building, automations, workflows, and integrations
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
  • Video editing capabilities using tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar
  • Demonstrated track record of booking appointments and generating qualified leads through paid ads
  • Deep understanding of high-ticket sales funnels and buyer psychology

Technical Skills

  • Facebook Ads Manager mastery (campaign structure, pixel implementation, custom audiences, lookalikes)
  • Landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Analytics platforms (Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, UTM tracking)
  • A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance
  • GoHighLevel: workflows, pipelines, calendars, forms, and automation sequences

Soft Skills

  • Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical abilities
  • Creative thinker who can concept and execute compelling ad angles
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting results and insights
  • Adaptable and quick to pivot strategies based on performance data

Success Metrics

  • Primary KPI: Number of qualified appointments booked
