Base Pay Range

$65,500.00/yr - $98,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and or in writing e.g., customers, suppliers, associates.
  • Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, safety.
  • Monitor and manage productivity of area of responsibility by preparing, reviewing and analyzing business reports.
  • Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures; monitor associate compliance; distribute and maintain procedures and supporting documentation.
  • Identify associate/customer and/or supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others as needed to determine corrective action or make recommendations to resolve.
  • Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, supporting and modeling logistics company policies and procedures; identify training and development needs and participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field AND 1 year supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience.
  • 2 years Walmart Logistics experience.
  • 2 years supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Office expertise.
  • Experience supervising associates.
  • Walmart Logistics Manager experience.
  • Bachelors in Business.
  • Bachelors in Logistics.
