Human Resource Office/Training Manager (USA) – Walmart, Greenfield, IN
Base Pay Range
$65,500.00/yr – $98,000.00/yr
Position Summary
Communicate with and to individuals or groups verbally and in writing (eg customers, suppliers, associates). Conduct HR functions such as hiring, transfers, terminations, and payroll while ensuring compliance with company policies. Develop and execute training programs (new-hire orientation, CBL modules, web-based training, virtual classroom) and monitor completion. Lead and develop associates and leaders, providing coaching, feedback, and performance management. Maintain quality and safety standards, assist in HR policy compliance, and support continuous learning and improvement. Foster a culture of belonging and respect by engaging all associates and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year of supervisory experience
- or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
- or 2 years of Walmart logistics management experience
- or 2 years of supervisory experience, including 1 year managing HR processes
- or 1 year of Walmart Stores, Inc. Human Resources experience
All associates must attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
Preferred Qualifications
- Human Resources knowledge
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience supervising associates
- Training and facilitation experience
- Walmart Logistics Systems knowledge
- Human Resources – Professional HR (PHR) certification
- Human Resources – Senior Professional HR (SPHR) certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred
