Diality is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in the medical device or healthcare technology sector. This role combines creativity with precision—developing visuals that not only inspire but also comply with regulatory and brand standards. The ideal candidate understands how to communicate complex clinical or technical information in a clear, compliant, and visually engaging way. This position reports to the Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities
- In collaboration with the Director of Marketing, translate the company’s corporate and product branding strategy into a tactical plan for the development of creative materials to advance the company’s corporate goals.
- Design marketing, educational, and regulatory‑compliant materials for print and digital platforms (brochures, trade show displays, product packaging, IFUs, slide decks, infographics, and digital ads).
- Translate technical and clinical content into clear, compelling visuals that support brand strategy and product messaging.
- Collaborate with marketing, clinical, regulatory, and engineering teams to ensure all materials meet brand, legal, and FDA/ISO requirements.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all customer/patient‑facing and internal materials.
- Manage and prioritize multiple design projects under tight timelines, often in support of new product launches or clinical initiatives.
- Prepare artwork files for production, printing, and submission to regulatory teams.
- Contribute creative input to campaigns supporting physician education, patient engagement, and commercial launches.
- Design and create corporate communication, including investor presentation, board update letters and other investor relations materials.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat); familiarity with PowerPoint and Figma a plus.
- Exceptional skills with layout, design fundamentals, illustration, typography, print, and motion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Proficiency with Webflow is a significant plus.
- Ability to work independently to develop designs to meet the needs of internal customers.
- Exceptional attention to detail, layout precision, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
Education & Experience
- BA degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field.
- Minimum 3 years – preferably 5 years – of experience as a graphic designer in medical devices, life sciences, or healthcare marketing.
- Experience with applications such as Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design for regulated or highly technical products.
- Experience creating digital assets for social media and web promotional materials.
- Experience working with online digital platforms including Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Experience with product and company brand creation and curation.
- Video editing experience a significant plus.
- Experience with a large, global commercial brand is a significant plus.
- Working knowledge of FDA, ISO 13485, and MDR requirements related to promotional materials is advantageous.
- Understanding labeling requirements, IFU layout best practices, and brand compliance in regulated industries.
- Experience developing formal documents such as brochures and sales aids.
- Experience developing trade show creative assets, including booth graphics.
- Experience creating, developing, and maintaining website creative assets.
Travel
- Willingness to travel domestically as needed (up to 10%) primarily to visit vendors and attend select conferences.
Physical Requirements
- Sitting at a desk utilizing a computer.
