The Assistant Production Manager reports directly to the Print Production Manager and is primarily responsible for producing wide‑format specialty printing products. This position plays a critical role in the franchise’s profit and margin potential through outstanding performance in fast turn‑around times, high‑quality product output, and efficiency with materials to minimize waste.

Responsibilities

• Lead the printing and production of client orders
• Inspect customer files, provide digital proofs, and make graphics print‑ready
• Operate and maintain large‑format printers, laminators, and plotters
• Provide graphic design services (unless outsourced)
• Complete smaller graphic installations
• Unload and unpack deliveries to the studio
• Conduct vehicle inspections and site surveys for measurements
• Packing, labeling, and shipping completed jobs; make deliveries
• Utilize CoreBridge software for estimates/quotes

Ideal Candidates

• 2+ years of experience designing or working with vehicle graphics and templates
• Experience with large‑format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design (or similar program)

Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
