Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Design, Textiles, or Graphic Design
- 3+ years of experience designing graphics for apparel, fashion, or accessories
- Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (Creative Cloud)
- Ability to hand‑draw, sketch, and illustrate original concepts
- Experience designing repeat patterns, placement graphics, and typography
- Capable of creating CADs (computer‑aided design drawings); understanding of garment construction preferred
- Strong attention to color, layout, and design trends
- Portfolio demonstrating apparel or accessory design work (required)

- Ability to design repeat patterns and embellishments for screen print and embroidery
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple design projects simultaneously
- Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback

- Consistent with a bright, fun, and fashion‑forward brand aesthetic
- Fully on‑site role – must be available to work in the office Monday through Friday
Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in gift, accessories, or stationery design in addition to apparel
- Understanding of screen printing, embroidery, or other embellishment techniques
- Knowledge of color theory, typography, and trend forecasting
- Strategic thinker with an understanding of product development and merchandising
