Proposal Graphics Specialist – CACG, LLC

At CACG, we’re on a mission to deliver outstanding proposal graphics that not only meet compliance standards but also captivate our clients. We are seeking a Proposal Graphics Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Location: Remote (with potential travel to our headquarters in McLean, VA)

Security Clearance Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate closely with Proposal Managers, writers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to transform complex ideas into engaging, clear graphics.
  • Design proposal-compliant visuals including process diagrams, organizational charts, and technical illustrations that resonate with both government and commercial clients.
  • Align all graphics with compliance, branding, and visual standards to maintain a cohesive look and feel across all materials.
  • Format documents using Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite to achieve a polished, professional presentation.
  • Build editable graphic templates for streamlined efficiency in future proposals.
  • Review and update existing graphics to enhance clarity and accuracy, ensuring our visuals convey the intended message.
  • Ensure consistency in visual branding across all materials, reinforcing our identity and professionalism.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • 3-5 years in federal government contracting, focusing on full-cycle proposal strategy and design services.
  • Demonstrated success in designing proposal or technical graphics specifically for federal government contracting or corporate proposals.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Familiarity with proposal compliance, readability, and visual communication best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple graphics requests simultaneously and thrive under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with proposal development methodologies and a solid understanding of infographics and data visualization techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative spirit.
