Location: Remote (with potential travel to our headquarters in McLean, VA)
Security Clearance Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate closely with Proposal Managers, writers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to transform complex ideas into engaging, clear graphics.
- Design proposal-compliant visuals including process diagrams, organizational charts, and technical illustrations that resonate with both government and commercial clients.
- Align all graphics with compliance, branding, and visual standards to maintain a cohesive look and feel across all materials.
- Format documents using Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite to achieve a polished, professional presentation.
- Build editable graphic templates for streamlined efficiency in future proposals.
- Review and update existing graphics to enhance clarity and accuracy, ensuring our visuals convey the intended message.
- Ensure consistency in visual branding across all materials, reinforcing our identity and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- 3-5 years in federal government contracting, focusing on full-cycle proposal strategy and design services.
- Demonstrated success in designing proposal or technical graphics specifically for federal government contracting or corporate proposals.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Familiarity with proposal compliance, readability, and visual communication best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple graphics requests simultaneously and thrive under tight deadlines.
- Experience with proposal development methodologies and a solid understanding of infographics and data visualization techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative spirit.
