Pay Range

Base pay: $80,000 – $100,000 per year.

Location and Remote Work

Los Angeles, New York City or fully remote (flexible).

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project timelines, scopes, and budgets for multi‑brand influencer marketing campaigns.
• Build and optimize workflows to streamline campaign execution across platforms.
• Collaborate with high‑profile agency clients and large‑scale CPG brands to deliver impactful strategies.
• Use project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or ClickUp to track progress and status.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Previous agency experience working with high‑profile clients and large‑scale campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of influencer marketing strategies and execution.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and optimize workflows for multiple brands.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end project timelines, scopes, and budgets.
• Familiarity with Asana, Monday, ClickUp, or equivalent project management tools.
