This role is a remote Marketing Operations Manager position with a financial technology client. Kforce is hiring to support business requests from recently acquired companies. Although initially slated as a 6‑month contract, it has potential for long‑term extensions. Open to U.S. candidates.

Base pay range

$58.02/hr - $62.06/hr

Responsibilities

Kforce has a financial technology client that is seeking to hire a remote Marketing Operations Manager to join their team. Summary: The reason for this hire is that they need additional support for business requests coming in from recently acquired companies. Although this is initially slated as a six-month contract, this is going to be a long-term opportunity with ongoing extensions. This is a remote position that is open to candidates in the United States.

Requirements

• Ideally 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics and/or marketing operations
• Advanced proficiency in Google Tag Manager, GA4/Google Analytics, and Hubspot (or a similar CRM platform)
• Technical skills for editing HTML/CSS code and interfacing with engineering and development teams
• Expertise in marketing automation within Google Tag Manager and other related software

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
