Position Overview

Based in Leander, Texas, the Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in organizing and supporting day-to-day marketing activities. This includes managing event logistics, keeping materials and schedules on track, assisting with campaign planning, and providing on-site support when needed.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and excited to help build strong community engagement for the brands we represent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for local marketing events, pop-ups, and community promotions
  • Prepare event materials, product samples, signage, and branded displays
  • Assist with event setup, on-site coordination, and teardown
  • Track inventory, marketing supplies, and equipment needed for each activation
  • Support campaign planning by organizing timelines, checklists, and documentation
  • Communicate with vendors, venue staff, and internal teams to keep events running smoothly
  • Collect and organize engagement data, feedback, and performance notes after each event
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling and documentation
  • Occasionally capture photos or short clips for social updates during events (optional)

  • Interest or background in marketing, events, retail, or administrative coordination
  • Clear communicator who enjoys working with people
  • Ability to lift 20–25 lbs and stand during event hours when needed
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for special events
  • Tech-savvy with basic familiarity in email, spreadsheets, and communication tools
