Location: Fort Wayne, IN (100% Onsite)
Salary Range: $100,000 – $115,000/year DOE
Reports to: Vice President of Marketing

We are seeking a strategic and driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across campaigns, trade shows, public communications, and digital engagement. This is a high‑impact role based in Fort Wayne, IN.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or business management.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in developing professional presentations and marketing materials.
• Experience with campaign analytics and performance tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Lead marketing communications, content creation, and analytics.
• Manage planning and execution of trade shows and industry events.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and e‑commerce teams to drive growth.
• Oversee the creation of marketing collateral including print, digital, and promotional materials.
