POSITION OVERVIEW

The Marketing Manager supports the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns that align with enterprise goals. This role requires a creative problem-solver who can leverage AI tools and data-driven insights to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and local store marketing effectiveness.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS (LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS)

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• 5 - 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in franchise environments or retail
• Experience with social media strategy and analytics
• Familiarity with creative production processes
• Prior use of AI tools in marketing workflows is a strong plus
