Base Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

Reports To: VP of Marketing / Director of Marketing

Department: Marketing – Food & Beverage

Position Summary

The Marketing Manager is a dynamic, creative, and results‑driven leader responsible for brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue growth across an F&B portfolio. You’ll own omni‑channel campaigns, develop and execute experiential programming (on‑property activations, collaborations, limited‑time offerings), and cultivate high‑touch partnerships—operating to luxury standards with VIP care, concierge relations, and premium brand alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Community, Partnerships & Influencers

  • Build partnerships with luxury hotels/residences, concierges, private clubs, premium retail, cultural institutions, and destination marketers; create joint offers and hosted experiences.
  • Grow and manage relationships with creators and locally influential partners; coordinate elevated hosting and collaborations.

Digital & Content

  • Manage social, email, and web for assigned outlets; maintain an editorial calendar emphasizing seasonal and programming‑driven content.
  • Track and optimise performance (engagement, CTR, conversion, list growth) while upholding luxury voice, visual standards, and brand guidelines.
  • Produce/coordinate photo and video (agency and in‑house); ensure timely asset delivery and rights management.

Experiential Programming

  • Concept, calendar, and execute on‑property programs: chef dinners, tasting series, guest bartenders, brand takeovers, holiday/LTO moments, arts & culture tie‑ins.
  • Build run‑of‑show, staffing plans, and guest journey maps; align with Operations, Culinary, Beverage, Events, and PR.
  • Deliver premium guest touches (VIP amenities, bespoke menus, photo moments) consistent with luxury expectations.
  • Post‑mortem each program with KPIs (covers, sales mix, PR/social lift, new‑to‑file capture) and clear ROI insights.

Events & Private Dining

  • Partner with Events/PDR on luxury packages (pairing menus, collector tastings, VIP add‑ons); ensure collateral and messaging are on brand.
  • Coordinate with PR/partners to maximise earned coverage and content.

PR & Communications Support

  • Liaise with PR agency/partners: host media/influencers, craft briefs, and support on‑site storytelling and asset needs.

Planning, Budget & Reporting

  • Own annual/quarterly plans and budgets for each outlet; manage vendor SOWs, invoices, and accruals.
  • Report weekly/monthly on campaign and programming performance; translate insights into next actions and tests.

Internal Coordination & Standards

  • Serve as the connector between Marketing and Operations; maintain brand and luxury service standards across all touchpoints.
  • Drive timely menu/collateral updates with Creative; ensure version control and distribution.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

  • Hybrid office/on‑property; frequent night/weekend support for programs and events.
  • Ability to lift and transport light materials/equipment for activations and shoots.
  • Competitive salary with performance bonus potential.
  • Retirement savings program with matching.
  • Education reimbursement; commuter benefits; global career growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in marketing/communications; hospitality or restaurant required. Luxury hospitality, premium lifestyle, or fine‑dining brand experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success creating and executing experiential programming end‑to‑end with measurable business impact.
  • Social‑native storyteller with strong brand copy, community management, and content production coordination.
  • Data‑minded operator comfortable with dashboards, KPIs, and test‑and‑learn optimisation.
  • Excellent cross‑functional communication and project management; thrives in fast‑paced, on‑property environments (nights/weekends for key programs).
