Job Overview
As a Media Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day management of client campaigns, ensuring seamless media planning and implementation. You'll leverage technical expertise and media knowledge to train junior team members, collaborate with senior leaders on strategy, and contribute to agency growth initiatives, positioning yourself for greater leadership opportunities within the agency.
A Day in the Life
- Oversee planning output and support strategic planning using data-driven approaches.
- Provide industry insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality output.
- Develop and deliver clear, compelling client presentations and communications, representing company values.
- Train, motivate, and develop junior team members, providing guidance and performance management.
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and serve as a resource for junior team members.
- Develop and maintain planning processes, analyze problems, and inform relevant parties about client business and internal agency issues.
What you will need
- Bachelor's degree (preferred), with 4+ years of related media work experience, including 1+ year in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and media applications (MediaTools, KANTAR, Prisma).
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience managing junior staff and leading client presentations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to adapt style to relevant audiences and convey complex information clearly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and commit to ongoing learning and professional development.

Salary
$85,000 - $115,000 annually.
