Position Overview

RTX is looking for a Copilot Studio developer responsible for the technical implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of Microsoft Copilot Studio and related AI productivity tools. This role serves as the go‑to expert for ensuring secure, scalable, and effective deployment of AI‑powered copilot agents, apps, and workflows across the organization, working closely with other DT departments, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the technical setup and integration of Microsoft Copilot Studio within the enterprise environment.
  • Ensure proper configuration of Microsoft Graph, Microsoft 365 services, and data connectors to enable Copilot functionality.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft and internal teams to manage provisioning and tenant readiness.
  • Implement and maintain security controls, data access policies, and compliance configurations for Copilot Studio.
  • Develop and document governance policies including service/feature availability.
  • Work with cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure responsible AI use and adherence to Global Trade requirements.
  • Liaise with Microsoft support for escalated issues and feature requests.
  • Stay current with Microsoft Copilot Studio updates, roadmap changes, and new capabilities.
  • Build and configure custom copilots using Copilot Studio and Power Platform tools.
  • Contribute to the development of use cases, templates, and automation workflows.
  • Document and recommend best practices for Power Platform and Copilot Studio.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise IT.
  • 10 % travel.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • GCC High experience.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive) and Microsoft Graph.
  • Experience building Power Apps and Power Automate flows.
  • Experience with identity and access management (Azure AD), data security, and compliance tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or other AI productivity tools.
  • Familiarity administering Power Platform, scripting (PowerShell), and API integrations.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, SC-300, or AI-102) are a plus.

Work Location

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Salary Range

82,000 USD - 164,000 USD (good faith estimate).
