Full Time Studio Crew Job at KUTV 2News / KMYU in Salt Lake City

KUTV, the CBS affiliate in Salt Lake City, is looking for a full-time Studio Technician. This entry‑level position is for candidates interested in gaining experience in the broadcasting industry.

Duties

• Running teleprompter/robotic cameras and plaza cameras
• Floor directing
• Learning how to be the audio operator in the studio during various newscasts

Qualifications

• You must be able to communicate and interact in a professional and calm manner
• No broadcasting experience necessary, but must be able to learn quickly and use good judgment
• Must also be able to work various hours and holidays, depending on the needs of the newsroom
