What You'll Do

• Prospect, pitch, and close new advertisers in San Diego County.
• Sell a full suite of modern multiplatform advertising solutions, including:
• Digital Video
• Social Advertising
• Programmatic / OTT / CTV / Digital Display / Video
• Events
• Build strategic media plans and proposals tailored to local businesses.
• Manage all stages of the sales cycle with strong attention to detail.
• Educate clients on the power of full‑funnel, multiplatform advertising solutions to drive local businesses.
• Work with leadership to build AIM's next‑generation advertising offering.

What We're Looking For

• Salespeople with 2+ years of experience in advertising, media sales, digital marketing, or business development.
• Google Ads and META experience is a major plus (not required).
• Programmatic or OTT/CTV experience is a bonus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) or familiar with Latino/Mexican culture is preferred.
• Hunter mentality – you love prospecting and closing new accounts.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Motivated by performance‑based income with no cap.
• Uncapped commissions with strong earning potential.
