About Us
We are the creative engine behind some of today’s most powerful conservative political and cultural campaigns. Rooted in Judeo-Christian values and Republican principles, our work is mission-first and impact-driven. From digital storytelling to campaign strategy, we move fast, think boldly, and deliver results that matter.
Who We're Looking For
We’re looking for a Senior Web Designer—someone who can turn strategy and storytelling into bold, intuitive, and visually compelling websites. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in collaboration, understands user behavior, and is passionate about building digital experiences that inform, inspire, and mobilize.
You’ll work closely with developers, strategists, and clients to design websites that serve political campaigns, advocacy efforts, and brand initiatives — often simultaneously. If you’re a detail-oriented creative who’s energized by conservative values and fast-paced environments, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
- Design and refine user experiences for campaign websites, brand platforms, and digital products.
- Collaborate with developers, strategists, and the Creative Director to ensure seamless implementation.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and test design concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create custom graphics, icons, and visual elements that enhance storytelling and brand identity.
- Ensure consistency in design across all web properties, maintaining brand integrity.
- Stay current with design trends, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies.
- Present design concepts and iterations to internal teams and clients.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of web design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and visual innovation.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and responsive design.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Passion for conservative politics, Judeo-Christian values, and digital storytelling.
Bonus Points For
- Experience working in creative agencies, freelance, or advocacy environments.
- Background in fine arts, graphic design, or visual communication.
- Exposure to marketing-driven design projects or campaign websites.
- Experience with animation or interactive design elements.
- Recognition or awards for design excellence.
