We’re a U.S.-based software development agency helping startups and growing businesses build custom web and mobile applications. Our team delivers high-quality results quickly and cost-effectively. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a local Digital Marketing Manager.
The Role You’ll be the engine behind our demand generation in Kansas City and beyond. Your day might start by outlining a Q4 campaign calendar, move into a website landing page refresh with our design/dev team, and wrap with a quick analytics readout that turns insights into next week’s experiments. You’re equal parts strategist, creator, and optimizer. You know how to turn a founder’s point of view into content people want to read, and you’re comfortable owning the numbers that prove it worked.
What You’ll Bring You understand B2B services and speak fluently about how custom software solves specific business problems. You can plan, build, launch, and measure full-funnel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, search, and partner channels. You’ll map ICPs, craft offers, and create landing pages that convert. You’ll coordinate webinars, publish case studies, and repurpose them into short posts and short videos that actually get watched. You’ll keep the website fast, clear, and findable, and you’ll make sure our CRM stays clean so we can attribute pipeline to the work you shipped. You’re comfortable interviewing clients and engineers to pull out real stories, and you can translate those into content that earns trust. You like a testing roadmap, you live in analytics, and you close the loop from impression to booked call.
You know the Kansas City business scene well enough to promote events, capture photo and video on site, and turn local moments into marketing assets. You’re collaborative, organized, and calm under deadline. You’re just as happy writing copy as you are tweaking a workflow.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $40,000–$55,000 per year, depending on experience
Performance Bonus: quarterly, tied to pipeline created, SQLs, and revenue attribution
Flexible schedule within standard U.S. business hours
Direct mentorship from the founder and growth opportunities as the company scales

Competent with short-form video editing and simple design tasks. Strong writing skills with a portfolio of landing pages, emails, and case studies.
