Role Overview We seek a highly motivated B2C Channel Marketing Specialist to play a key role in turning resident wildfire risk awareness into wildfire prevention action. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners (Fire Agencies) to execute campaigns, drive digital engagement, and measure results. This position blends creative, writing, execution capabilities, campaign management expertise, analytics, and mission‑driven outreach.

Responsibilities
Manage and execute email and direct mail campaigns with partner approval aimed at driving consumer action (increase interaction with digital reports, grant application submissions, and online reservations).
Develop and execute effective email, direct mail, and multivariate testing and growth programs.
Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing direct‑channel marketing campaigns targeting residents across proprietary digital and print channels.
Derive data insights to create and curate educational content around defensible space and home hardening (blog posts, emails, webinars, case studies, whitepapers).
Support campaign calendar management, event promotion, and homeowner onboarding workflows.
Develop and segment users based on action and engagement triggers curated across in‑person field interactions, digital interactions and more.
Analyze engagement and preference, identify new segments, track campaign ROI, and generate actionable insights.
Serve as a customer voice, gathering feedback on product features and homeowner barriers; relay findings to product and customer success teams.
Work closely with our fire departments, fire safe councils and other community leaders to support their objectives with branded campaigns and strategies.
Track performance KPIs and support reporting efforts for clients and leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, home services, or climate solutions.
Experience developing, executing and testing email campaigns; email channel management, campaign reporting, analytics, and multivariate testing.
Experience with proprietary campaign tools.
Strong attention to detail for quality assurance.
Analytical mindset; ability to interpret campaign metrics and user behavior.
Able to manage external partners (fire agencies) and adapt to different branding requirements.
Ability to set priorities and manage multiple deliverables.
A growth‑oriented and collaborative work approach.
Experience with HubSpot, SendGrid, Twilio, & MixPanel systems is desired.
Passion for climate safety, wildfire prevention, and community engagement is a plus.

Compensation Package Salary, group healthcare, 401(k) match, open leave program, and mission‑driven culture. Compensation range: 65k ‑ 90k.
