Precision Laboratories is looking for a graphic designer to create visually effective packaging graphics from concept through production. This role requires collaboration with marketing, product management, and production to ensure alignment with brand identity, technical product specifications, regulatory text and responsive manufacturing requirements. Beyond packaging, the role involves creating visually compelling assets and illustrations for social media and website design. The ideal candidate has strong graphic design illustration skills and keen attention to detail.
Accountabilities
Design product packaging concepts, graphic layout, from ideation to production phase, being mindful of artwork consistency and private label brand requirements
Create final, production‑ready artwork files, manage proof approvals and file storage
Produce visual content and layout across multiple platforms such as social media, the website, and advertisements— from static designs to incorporating animation and storytelling
Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all corporate visual touchpoints
Use typography, design principles, and color schemes to enhance marketing materials
Design unique graphics, illustrations, iconography, and other visual assets that are used throughout the website, collateral and promotional materials
Communicate with vendors and suppliers on printing needs and costing
Maintain an organized library of graphic content and packaging
Manage project intake, workflow, and approval process
Required skills
3+ years of demonstrable experience in graphic design
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop with expert‑level experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of motion graphics / social media animation / videography and editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, or the like)
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in design, fonts, and color
Skilled illustrator with an ability to think conceptually and creatively to produce visually compelling marketing and advertising designs
Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in a deadline‑driven environment
A solid understanding of printing processes, pre‑press file preparation, and different packaging materials
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
