The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving qualified traffic, leads, and user engagement for the customer’s redesigned digital ecosystem. Working closely with the product, UX, and SEO teams at
Successive Digital, this role will lead the performance marketing, analytics, and content optimization strategy to ensure measurable growth in organic visibility, conversions, and retention.
Key Responsibilities SEO & Organic Growth
Develop and execute an SEO roadmap aligned with Customer’s new website architecture.
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-intent search opportunities.
Collaborate with the UX and content teams to optimize metadata, headings, and internal linking.
Lead on-page and technical SEO improvements including schema, sitemaps, and structured data.
Monitor Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) and recommend optimizations with the development team.
Build and track performance dashboards (impressions, CTR, traffic, keyword rankings).
Create and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns targeting residents, agents, and contractors.
Develop conversion-focused landing pages in collaboration with the design and UX teams.
Implement event-based tracking via GA4 + GTM for forms, CTAs, and user journeys.
Run A/B experiments to optimize ad creatives, form design, and messaging.
Drive remarketing campaigns to increase returning visitor engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
Define KPIs for lead generation, traffic quality, and ROI tracking.
Build custom reports in GA4 / Looker Studio to monitor conversions and SEO health.
Translate insights into actionable recommendations for content and UX teams.
Present monthly performance reports with clear growth and optimization actions.
Partner with the content and UX design teams to ensure every page supports discoverability and conversion goals.
Support storytelling for key pages (Homepage, Agents, Contractors, Why Customer).
Optimize existing content to improve ranking and engagement metrics.
Coordinate content rollout aligned with Customer’s business calendar and campaigns.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, SEO, or performance campaigns.
Deep understanding of SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Search Console, Screaming Frog).
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio.
Proven record of improving conversion rates and lead quality.
Strong analytical skills, able to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
Basic familiarity with UX, wireframes, and user journey optimization.
Experience collaborating with design, dev, and content teams in cross‑functional settings.
Preferred
Experience in real estate, property tech, or housing‑related industries.
Google Ads or HubSpot certification.
Familiarity with CRO tools (Hotjar, Clarity, Optimizely).
Strong understanding of WCAG accessibility and SEO compliance standards.
