Overview The Razorfish team is hiring a Media Planner, Paid Social.
Responsibilities
Plan and oversee execution of paid social media plans
Lead trafficking process for campaign builds, ensuring best in class structure, tracking, and tactical setup
Play a lead role in strategy development across primary social partners, maintaining proven relationships and bringing new ideas to the table
Develop, optimize, and maintain paid social and native advertising campaigns for clients, including coordination of assets, budget management, and reporting
Maintain and optimize client campaigns to improve overall performance against pre-determined benchmarks on an ongoing basis
Analyze and report data on a daily/weekly/bi-weekly/monthly, and ad-hoc basis
Maintain strong relationship with client, acting as extension of their integrated team
Qualifications
2-4 years of hands-on keyboard paid social experience
Knowledge of major and emerging social channels and a passion for social media marketing
Strong familiarity with 3rd-party tracking vendors and integrating with social platforms
Experience with Special Add Categories is a plus
Demonstrable experience working on enterprise level paid social accounts with large budgets
Process-oriented, with the ability to juggle many tasks at one time - time management skills are critical
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly; keen eye for detail; ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Compensation Range: $59,850 - $90,620 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
