About Us
Anderson Auto Group is an 8‑franchise auto dealer group plus a large powersports store and a cycle shop with Sales, Service, Parts, and Collision locations in Lincoln, NE, St. Joseph, MO, and Grand Island, NE. We are scaling our marketing team and looking for a creative, organized, and driven Marketing Associate.
Position Summary As a Marketing Specialist, you will support the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager in executing our marketing strategy across multiple channels and stores. This role blends creativity with coordination—leading out on social media, engaging with store‑level employees for content, supporting community events, and assisting with performance reporting and manufacturer program requirements. You’ll take a lead role in content creation, including designing graphics, producing short‑form videos, and bringing brand campaigns to life across digital and social platforms. It’s a hands‑on opportunity to develop and contribute in a fast‑paced, competitive automotive retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and schedule social media content.
Ensure compliance with manufacturer and co‑op guidelines.
Create engaging visual and video assets using tools like Canva, Adobe Firefly, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
Assist with PR and event planning.
Help maintain website content.
Support customer‑experience efforts by monitoring reviews and assisting with lifecycle and loyalty campaigns.
Collect marketing performance data, track lead sources, and prepare scorecards for the Marketing Director and Manager.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, PR, or related field.
1+ years’ experience in marketing, social media, or content development (auto/powersports experience a plus).
Strong creative skills in graphic design and short‑form video editing.
Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Firefly, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Professional writing and communication skills.
Familiarity with Google Business Profiles, social media tools, and basic analytics reporting (GA4, Ads).
Travel Requirements
Travel between stores/cities multiple times each month. A vehicle for city‑to‑city travel is provided. Weekend travel and overnight travel may be required a limited number of times each year for special events and industry conferences.
Pay Range $48,000.00/yr – $60,000.00/yr (based on skills and experience; discuss with recruiter).
