Job Description The Marketing Specialist - Paid Media is responsible for creating and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across key digital platforms. This role focuses on executing data-driven strategies, testing creative assets, and analyzing performance metrics to maximize results. The position supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of paid media campaigns on digital platforms to drive business growth and achieve marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
Implement and optimize paid social media campaigns, primarily on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), ensuring they achieve set performance targets.
Assist in setting up, optimizing, and auditing Google Ads search campaigns to improve key metrics.
Track and adjust campaigns based on performance metrics, ensuring the best use of the advertising budget.
Work independently to test and refine creative assets, ad copy, and audience targeting to improve ad effectiveness.
Create and maintain performance reports, offering actionable insights to improve campaigns over time.
Work directly with marketing teams in establishing objectives and goals for each campaign.
Skills And Knowledge Experience using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, familiarity with performance marketing concepts, audience targeting, and conversion tracking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, takes initiative and delivers results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field; 0–2 years of experience managing or supporting paid media campaigns on Meta or Google platforms; Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification preferred.
Physical Requirements: Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment; able to clearly view and read information on a computer screen; occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds.
