Jobs via Dice We are looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Woodland Hills, California. This position involves contributing to two distinct software platforms: an established clinical application undergoing a redesign and a new AI-powered solution currently in development. The role requires a creative and analytical approach to improving user experience and interface design, ensuring seamless usability across both systems. Responsibilities

Evaluate existing usability and functionality on two platforms, identifying areas for improvement in user experience and interface design. Collaborate with developers, software architects, and offshore teams to implement design changes effectively. Redesign the UI for a live SaaS clinical platform to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows for therapists and clinicians. Refine and polish the UI of a new AI-powered caregiver training application to ensure visual consistency and user engagement. Conduct research into behavioral therapy workflows to optimize usability for clinical applications. Work with business analysts to align design decisions with user needs and organizational goals. Utilize design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD to create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs. Ensure seamless integration of AI features within the caregiver training application. Participate in regular team meetings to present design concepts and gather feedback. Maintain a user-centered approach throughout the design and development process. Requirements

Proven experience in UX/UI design for SaaS platforms, preferably in healthcare or clinical settings. Strong proficiency in design tools including Figma, Adobe XD, and wireframing techniques. Familiarity with workflows for clinicians, therapists, and healthcare professionals. Experience designing applications with AI-powered features is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with offshore development teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design capabilities, with a focus on usability improvements and intuitive interfaces. Knowledge of caregiver or education app design is advantageous.
