This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Designer/Salesperson. The salesperson will engage with potential customers, conduct consultations, provide product knowledge and present proposals. They will also build and maintain relationships with clients, follow up on leads, and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent sales and negotiation skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented

Ability to multitask and prioritize

Experience in the home improvement industry is a plus

Knowledge of bathroom and kitchen remodeling products and materials is a plus

Previous sales experience is preferred

Knowledge of 2020 design program is preferred

Ability to work Thursday evenings and Saturdays is a must
