What You’ll Do
Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members as needed to ensure efficient operations
Reposition or move bucket trucks, trailers, or equipment under the direction of the crew leader
Ensure door‑tag notifications and resident alerts for construction activities are completed before work begins each day
Stock, clean, and maintain company vehicles and equipment to ensure readiness for daily operations
Perform manual excavation and minor repairs with the use of shovels and mechanical tools as required
Direct and flag traffic flow according to local DOT guidelines
Work overtime, travel, and perform on‑call or after‑hours responsibilities as needed
Perform work in all weather conditions to meet project deadlines
Assist with basic maintenance of tools and equipment
Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
To be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
Valid state driver’s license (cannot be Provisional) with an acceptable driving record
Willingness to become a certified pole climber
0–3 years of labor experience, preferably in telecommunications
Ability to work safely and effectively in solo and team environments
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Additional Qualifications
Pass a DOT physical to meet job requirements
Physical Abilities & Exposures
Routinely: work at heights, handle fiber reels weighing up to 50 lbs, and operate in various weather conditions
Occasionally: physical ability or exposure, physical ability or exposure, physical ability or exposure
