Key Responsibilities
Manage and evolve brand standards to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences across all channels
Plan and execute integrated campaigns, including social media, print, digital, email, and promotions
Manage marketing platforms such as HubSpot, WhatConverts, Podium, OnceHub, and Yelp for accurate tracking and performance
Direct external SEO/PPC partners and handle in-house paid social campaigns
Create and manage marketing collateral, event materials, and content aligned with brand guidelines
Track KPIs, budgets, and ROI; deliver clear reporting and actionable insights
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to maintain schedules, approvals, and accuracy

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
6+ years of marketing experience with proven campaign and platform management
Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with AI tools for workflow efficiency and marketing innovation
Strong writing, editing, and project management skills
Bonus: HubSpot certification, CMS or web development experience, synthetic turf familiarity, or video/design skills
