LHH is currently recruiting for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Dallas, TX area. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of marketing experience, preferably in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) or food & beverage sectors, and a proven track record in B2C marketing. This is an exciting opportunity to lead digital initiatives, drive brand awareness, and execute engaging events and tradeshows for a growing organization. This is a fully onsite role at our client’s office in the Dallas area.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive consumer engagement.
Manage and grow our presence across major social media platforms, creating compelling content and campaigns tailored to B2C audiences.
Plan, coordinate, and execute successful tradeshows, industry events, and in-person activations in alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Analyze digital and event performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize impact.
Lead, mentor, and develop a direct report, fostering growth and ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and team goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3-6 years of hands-on marketing experience; background in CPG or food & beverage industries strongly preferred.
Demonstrated B2C marketing expertise is required.
Advanced skills in digital marketing strategy and execution, including paid and organic channels.
Proven success managing social media channels and building online communities.
Experience planning and executing tradeshows and live events.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Must be able to work onsite at our client’s office in the Dallas, TX area.
