You will be provided with challenging tasks, real‑world experience, and many educational and social networking opportunities.
This Spring 2026 Trainee position runs from January 12, 19, or 26 2026 to June 26 2026 (start and end dates are flexible based on your schedule). All candidates must be able to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, at the specified location. This is not a remote role; a hybrid work option may or may not be available.
The Creative Group supports world‑class filmmakers as they develop ideas into animated feature films, series, and shorts. They foster a creative, supportive, and structured environment to help filmmakers bring their visions to life through research, team building, and feedback.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative assistance.
Maintain department organization.
Provide Creative Executives with development research and coverage.
Heavy scheduling and support for two busy film and series executives.
Attend and/or transcribe notes from creative department meetings.
Pitch sessions, development sessions with writers, directors, producers, etc., into memo form for distribution to creative executives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (required).
Knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Interest in the entertainment business.
Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize to ensure all assignments are completed accurately and timely.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Detail‑oriented.
Flexibility: ability to work well where needs and priorities may change.
Common sense, dependability, discretion, and attention to detail.
Self‑starter with a team‑player attitude.
The anticipated base salary for this position is $22/hour. This role may also qualify for comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on factors such as qualifications, experience, education, and location.
