Digital Marketing Account Manager – Partner Success Advisor (U.S. Remote)
We’re seeking a U.S.-based, experienced, and self-driven Digital Account Manager with a genuine passion for digital marketing to join our team. This full-time remote position offers a flexible work environment, generous PTO, and incentive bonuses, with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple accounts to achieve measurable results.
Collaborate with clients to set and reach marketing goals, with a focus on data-driven optimization for SEO, content, and paid media.
Establish and track KPIs, presenting monthly progress reports through webinars or calls, with a commitment to high client retention and satisfaction.
Proactively identify and resolve account issues alongside team members, ensuring seamless project execution across social media, SEO, paid search, and more.
Educate clients on digital marketing trends and best practices, helping them leverage tools and self-service options effectively.
Qualifications
Must be located in the U.S. and eligible to work remotely.
Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing analytics, data analysis, and CRM, plus at least 4 years of project management experience.
Proven expertise as a Digital Account Manager with experience in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and CRM software.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
Demonstrated passion for digital marketing, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and staying updated on industry trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
Experience in Health & Fitness verticals is a plus but not required.
