The Razorfish team is hiring a Media Planner, Paid Social. Responsibilities

Plan and oversee execution of paid social media plans. Lead trafficking process for campaign builds, ensuring best‑in‑class structure, tracking and tactical setup. Play a lead role in strategy development across primary social partners, maintaining proven relationships and bringing new ideas to the table. Develop, optimize and maintain paid social and native advertising campaigns for clients, including coordination of assets, budget management and reporting. Maintain and optimize client campaigns to improve overall performance against pre‑determined benchmarks on an ongoing basis. Analyze and report data on a daily/weekly/bi‑weekly/monthly and ad‑hoc basis. Maintain a strong relationship with client, acting as an extension of their integrated team. Qualifications

2‑4 years of hands‑on keyboard paid social experience. Knowledge of major and emerging social channels and a passion for social media marketing. Strong familiarity with 3rd‑party tracking vendors and integrating with social platforms. Experience with Special Add Categories is a plus. Demonstrable experience working on enterprise‑level paid social accounts with large budgets. Process‑oriented, with the ability to juggle many tasks at one time—time management skills are critical. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly; keen eye for detail; ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Benefits

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
