Overview The Multimedia Content Creator is a multi‑disciplinary creative responsible for producing visually compelling content across Velocity and its portfolio of brands. This role blends videography, photography, motion graphics, 3D rendering, and graphic design to craft cinematic, social, and campaign‑ready content that tells the Velocity story in dynamic new ways.
From short‑form social content and lifestyle campaigns to animated product showcases and 3D visualization, the Multimedia Content Creator brings ideas to life across mediums, maintaining the distinct aesthetic and tone of the Velocity brand family.
This role collaborates closely with the Creative Director, Videographers, Photographer, Graphic Designer, and Social Media Manager to concept, produce, and deliver high‑impact visuals for digital, print, and experiential initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities Video Production & Motion Design
Concept, storyboard, shoot, and edit cinematic and social‑first videos for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Develop and animate motion graphics, lower thirds, title sequences, and transitions to enhance storytelling and brand polish.
Integrate 3D renders, CGI elements, and composited graphics into video content where applicable.
Collaborate with Videographers on long‑form productions such as product features, lifestyle campaigns, and behind‑the‑scenes stories.
Manage video color grading, sound design, and delivery of final exports optimized for multiple platforms.
Photography & Visual Design
Capture high‑quality still photography for social, email, and marketing collateral when needed.
Edit and retouch images to align with Velocity’s visual tone and color standards.
Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to design layouts, thumbnails, and visuals for social, web, and print campaigns.
Maintain visual consistency across all Velocity brands and sub‑brands.
3D Rendering & Visualization
Create 3D models, lighting setups, and renders of vehicles, parts, or environments for marketing and campaign use.
Animate 3D sequences for motion content such as vehicle reveals, product highlights, and digital ads.
Work with the Creative Director to establish and evolve the visual language of 3D and CGI integration across Velocity’s ecosystem.
Collaboration & Workflow
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and innovative visual approaches.
Maintain organized project files, render outputs, and media libraries within the marketing server ecosystem.
Support photo and video shoots, events, and campaign launches as part of the broader creative team.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Creative Output & Quality
Consistent delivery of video, photo, and motion assets that meet brand and campaign standards.
Positive feedback from leadership and peers on creative quality and innovation.
Low revision rate and timely delivery of assigned content.
Content Performance
Year‑over‑year growth in engagement, impressions, and reach across digital and social channels.
Increased view completion rates and content shares reflecting stronger audience connection.
Innovation & Quality

Effective cross‑disciplinary collaboration across photo, video, design, and 3D workflows.
Required Skills And Abilities
Expertise in videography (shooting, editing, color, audio) and motion graphics (animation, visual effects).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), and experience with 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent).
Skilled in photography, including lighting, composition, and post‑production.
Strong sense of visual design, typography, and brand storytelling.
Understanding of social media content trends, pacing, and optimization.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for shoots.
Education Background and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in film, media arts, design, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
3+ years of professional experience in a content creation or multimedia design role.
Portfolio demonstrating excellence in video, motion design, and 3D rendering; photography samples a plus.
Experience in automotive, luxury, or lifestyle brands strongly preferred.
Physical Demands (To include but not limited to)
Prolonged periods of sitting at a workstation for editing.
Regular lifting and carrying of camera gear and equipment up to 25 lbs.
Occasional exposure to outdoor conditions during shoots including heat, cold, and weather.
Frequent use of hands for typing, camera operation, and editing.
Travel as required for location shoots and events.
