About beautymark.is is a beauty and personal care company with a high‑performance, story‑driven product portfolio spanning skincare, haircare, and body care. Our brands are sold across ecommerce and brick‑and‑mortar retail, and we’re building a team of high‑impact, entrepreneurial talent to scale our digital business.

We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to help drive growth across ecommerce, digital marketing, and brand storytelling. This role offers the opportunity to own execution across digital platforms, collaborate with external agency partners, and play a strategic role in shaping how our brands show up online and on shelves. You’ll be supported by creative and media specialists but expected to take full ownership of day‑to‑day marketing execution, identify opportunities, and move quickly to implement them.

We’re looking for someone with a passion for beauty and a deep understanding of how to grow modern brands through a mix of creative, technical, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities Day‑to‑day management and optimization of our ecommerce channels, including Shopify / Amazon / Walmart Marketplace.

Maintain and design branded storefronts across platforms, with a strong eye for detail and web presentation.

Create and maintain promotional calendar including key retail events and seasonal campaigns.

Develop and execute organic growth strategy to build brand following and drive customer loyalty.

Create and send email marketing campaigns and flows using tools like Klaviyo or equivalent.

Coordinate and collaborate with paid media, social, and creative agencies on campaigns and priorities.

Daily oversight of social platforms including Instagram and TikTok.

Develop ideas for content, and lead outreach to creators/influencers.

Support TikTok Shop efforts including product listings, offers, and creator partnerships.

Maintain an eye on the in‑store/on‑shelf experience with retailers and bring ideas to support sell‑through and retail marketing initiatives.

Assist in design work (using Canva, Photoshop, or similar), collaborate and direct internal/external creatives to design social assets.

Actively bring new ideas and growth initiatives to the table—thinking creatively about how to move brands forward.

Qualifications 5+ years of experience in marketing, ecommerce, or content strategy.

Working knowledge:

Shopify

Amazon Seller Central & Walmart Marketplace

Meta Business Suite

Klaviyo or similar email platforms

Social Platforms - Instagram, TikTok / TikTok Shop

Design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma

Strong visual sensibility and attention to detail — able to assess what makes a brand look cohesive, premium, and engaging online.

Confident working independently with a director or small team.

Proactive, creative, and excited to bring beauty products to life across digital and physical channels.

Bonus if you’ve created or directed social content, managed a storefront, or worked in/around the beauty or wellness space.
