We’re expanding our Chicago-based promotional events sales team and are looking for a Promotional Events Assistant to be part of our fast-growing, inclusive, and high-energy environment. This is an entry-level, face-to-face position designed for an individual eager to learn, grow, and thrive in a people-centered role.

What You’ll Do

Representing Partner Brands:

Promote products and services at local events, retail pop-ups, and community venues throughout the Chicago area.

Customer Interaction & Engagement:

Initiate friendly conversations, answer questions, provide product demonstrations, and create positive brand experiences.

Sales Support & Lead Generation:

Contribute to daily and weekly sales goals by helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Event Setup & Presentation:

Assist with event organization, visual displays, and maintaining an upbeat, professional atmosphere at every venue.

Team Collaboration:

Work alongside an energetic team of event and sales professionals who are passionate about performance, development, and results.

No prior experience in sales or events is required, just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Full training is provided.
