Summary
The Graphics Producer owns pre-show and show-day coordination of broadcast graphics. You will partner closely with graphics integrators and the on-air graphics operator to ensure all creative assets and data-driven elements are accurate, approved, and ready before we go live. Expect minor package adjustments during build and rehearsal days, structured data entry in control spreadsheets, and end-to-end asset management to support the run of show as directed by the show and coordinating producers.
Scope of Work
Coordinate, build, and implement broadcast graphics across multiple devices and outputs
Manage handoffs between graphics integrators and the graphics operator for CharacterWorks, XPression, or Singular Live
Configure channel and platform settings (Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) for graphics deployment and metadata
Maintain and coordinate all creative assets aired on broadcast; ensure version control and approvals
Perform data entry and validation in Excel/Google Sheets to drive dynamic graphic elements
Sequence graphics to match rundowns and production cues; QC all elements prior to going live
Investigate, log, and resolve on-air discrepancies; implement safeguards to prevent recurrence
Execute high-priority, short-turnaround special projects, including brand partnerships and marketing events
Participate in production calls and project meetings; identify opportunities to maximize graphics' marketing impact
Collaborate with local and central teams and vetted freelancers to deliver and launch new on-air toolkits (rebrands, setups, refreshes)
Communicate issues promptly to operations, engineering, production, and production management, and drive resolution
Other duties as assigned to ensure successful broadcasts
Essential Qualifications
1+ year in a live production environment operating dynamic CG software (Singular, XPression, or CharacterWorks)
1+ year experience working on a live broadcast line (studio or remote)
Strong multitasking skills; calm, accurate execution under pressure in fast-paced, live scenarios
Clear, timely communicator; punctual and adaptable to changing priorities
Proficiency with established Excel/Google Sheets workflows for data-driven graphics
Experience building graphics in CharacterWorks, XPression Studio, or Singular Live
Ability to QC and troubleshoot common graphics engine issues and elevate escalation effectively
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with programming or scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Lua) for data integration and automation
Strong sense of design and typography; comfortable applying creative feedback quickly
Experience in sports or esports broadcasting (live or studio); passion for esports
Efficient in HD workflows and post tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, Final Cut Pro/Final Cut Studio, After Effects, Photoshop
Deep understanding of in-game graphics settings (color, anti-aliasing, V‑Sync) and their impact on on-air quality
