MCare Agency is seeking an experienced and results-driven Event Marketer
to lead marketing initiatives for our career fairs and networking events. This role requires expertise in email marketing, social media marketing, and door-to-door promotion to maximize event participation and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing:
Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to attract attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors. Maintain email lists and track engagement metrics. Social Media Management:
Plan and implement content strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Monitor engagement and optimize performance. Door-to-Door Marketing:
Visit businesses, schools, and community organizations to promote upcoming events and distribute marketing materials. Event Promotion & Outreach:
Establish partnerships with local organizations, influencers, and industry professionals to enhance event reach. Lead Generation & Conversion:
Identify and engage potential attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors to ensure successful event turnout. Market Analysis:
Conduct competitor research and audience analysis to refine marketing strategies. Brand Representation:
Act as an ambassador for MCare Agency at career fairs, networking events, and community meetups. Performance Tracking:
Monitor marketing campaign results, prepare reports, and suggest improvements for future projects. Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience
in email marketing, social media marketing, and event promotion. Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.). Strong knowledge of social media tools, analytics, and content creation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Experience in event marketing is a plus. Willingness to engage in door-to-door and community outreach marketing. What We Offer:
