Marketing & Sales Representative

to help drive awareness, engagement, and sales growth across our DME division. Position Overview

The Marketing & Sales Representative plays a key role in promoting our products and services through both physical contact with customers and other traditional channels. This individual will attract new customers, strengthen existing relationships, and support the sales team in meeting revenue goals. The territory is the Indianapolis and central Indiana markets. Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures. Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies that align with Company objectives and goals. Attract new customers, strengthen existing relationships, and support the sales team to meet revenue goals. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative and strategic thinker with a results‑driven mindset. Required Knowledge & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related role. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Demonstrated ability to plan and execute leads and sales growth. Physical Demands

Regularly seated at a desk in an office environment. Frequent use of computers and office equipment. Frequent operation of a vehicle for business purposes. Visual abilities required include reading, distance vision, and peripheral vision. Why Join Us
