Marketing Insights Researcher, Business – Meta
Base Pay Range $103,000.00/yr – $162,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research to support decision‑making, strategic planning, and shape marketing/brand strategies, campaign development, product development, and retail/channel strategy.
Translate research findings into actionable insights with clear recommendations.
Produce highly effective communication that motivates people to apply learnings in marketing and across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of research experience.
Proven experience shaping data‑focused marketing campaigns and product launches from definition to execution, with a focus on shaping strategy, driving alignment, and delivering business outcomes.
Experience spotting ambiguity and asking questions to resolve the issue.
Experience in qualitative and quantitative research and applying findings in a business context to inform decision‑making.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of relevant experience working with agencies and large advertisers.
Demonstrated understanding of the digital advertising landscape and specifically Meta’s suite of advertising and measurement products.
Proven experience navigating ambiguity, identifying strategic problems to solve, setting priorities, and driving learning agendas with minimal guidance.
Experience with media planning decision making and analytics.
