Join our team as a Senior Producer and help bring our next AAA title to life. In this role, you’ll lead cross-discipline initiatives, guiding maps and missions from concept to launch. You’ll balance creative collaboration with disciplined production by building schedules, managing risks, coordinating with partners, and ensuring clear communication across teams. Responsibilities
Take ownership of high level initiatives and work with all departments to complete goals
Champion map and mission development - ensuring designs and associated content progress from concept to ship
Curate and maintain game documentation
Take initiative to identify problems, establish facts, and propose solutions
Gather estimates and work with developers to evaluate feature complexity and risk
Maintain close communication with department leads and take notes during meetings as needed
Balance day to day maintenance with long-term planning; need to recognize that production is not all about fighting fires
Interface with external groups such as contractors and outsourcers
Establish and communicate production estimates, including estimates for when targets will be hit
Get to know your team: pace, velocity, progress, ownership. Know what a critical change can do to the schedule and work with the team to determine what is best for the game
Playtest with the studio, design, and art teams to iterate based on playtest feedback and player experience
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in the games industry
Strong understanding of Jira
Strong understanding of Excel/Google Sheets
Experience with scheduling tools and managing a project budget
Experience in risk analysis and mitigation
Experience with multiple project management methodologies
Excellent project management skills and verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with all individuals; stays calm and focused under pressure
Capable of multitasking and managing several important items at once, without allowing anything to be lost in the process
Must be able to effectively communicate risks/obstacles and proposed mitigations to managed team members and Studio Management with partnered team lead
Preferences
Shipped at least 1 AAA title
Experience working with remote studios and contractors
Excellent people skills including the ability to motivate people and inspire their creative talents
Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities, as assigned by senior management
Quick learner, able to pick up new tools and technologies
Experience working in a cross-functional pod structure

The estimated base pay range for this role is: $115,000 - $155,000 USD
