What You’ll Do

Design and optimize enterprise‑grade AI conversational experiences that map to real workflows and goals.

Develop and refine model behavior for large language models to ensure AI responses are accurate, on‑brand, and effectively address user intent.

Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data Science to align on unified goals, successfully advocating for user‑centric conversational solutions while balancing technical and business requirements.

Conduct research and experimentation to uncover effective patterns of human‑AI collaboration, create evaluation and test prompts against them to create high‑quality Gen AI experiences, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for AI deployment and roadmap planning.

Guide writing for AI and human consumptions across the various content types and establish guidelines and prompt patterns for cross‑functional teams.

Serve as a trusted adviser to customers and internal stakeholders on conversational AI design best practices.

Who You’ll Work With On our product engineering and experience team, we focus on the user’s ease of use for our unified Teradata platform. We reduce complexity and eliminate barriers and friction so that customers can transform their business through the power of their data. The scope of this role is enterprise wide, so you’ll work with engineers, product architects, product managers, and designers, as well as a team of content designers and technical content strategists. This role reports to the Head of Content Design.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

5+ years of experience in content design, AI, or related fields.

Significant experience in content management systems and structured content.

Strong knowledge in Gen AI and LLMs—system prompt, RAG, output evaluation—and how they work together.

Experience defining, creating, and implementing design systems.

Proven track record of leading complex products when problems may be undefined.

A portfolio demonstrating problem solving through product thinking, design strategy, interaction flows, and content craftsmanship.

The ability to clearly and confidently share content and design recommendations, opinions, and goals.

What You Will Bring

Experience and interest in working on SaaS or B2B products.

Nice to Have: Experience with coded prototyping and data analytics to facilitate collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
