Program Manager, Growth Marketing

We are CNN, the world’s most essential digital news source. We need a Program Manager, Growth Marketing to drive operational excellence and efficiency for the Product Marketing team in Growth. The role builds, streamlines, tracks, and manages cross‑functional workflows around end‑to‑end marketing campaign development and execution across product marketing surfaces on web, Apple and Google apps, and CTV.
Your Role Accountabilities
Develop, oversee, and implement marketing operating rhythms to ensure alignment across the marketing team and support cross‑functional consistency.
Facilitate regular updates, team meetings, and syncs to maintain momentum on marketing initiatives.
Manage key marketing initiatives and coordinate timelines, resources, and tasks to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies on product surfaces.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.
Own and maintain all marketing documentation processes, ensuring information is organized, accessible, and up‑to‑date.
Create and manage a centralized repository for campaign briefs, playbooks, and post‑campaign performance analyses.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or project management, preferably in a B2C subscription‑based business.
Demonstrated understanding of the product development process, from ideation to go‑to‑market launch.
Experience coordinating complex marketing campaigns across cross‑functional teams, including major product or feature launches.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects of various size and scope simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, departments, and seniority levels.
Excellent organizational skills and a detail‑oriented approach to documentation and reporting.
Self‑starter mindset with an eye toward process improvement and optimization.
Ability to think strategically, balancing long‑term vision with short‑term execution.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Benefits & Compensation Base pay range: $103,460 – $192,140 per year (subject to market and experience). Additional benefits include health, dental, vision insurance; retirement plan; paid holidays; and more.
