About the Role:
Lead the design of
internal case management tools , law firm portals, and
client-facing experiences .
Collaborate with
product, engineering, and leadership
to design usable and beautiful systems.
Define and implement their
design system , ensuring clarity, simplicity, and alignment across teams.
Shape
AI-powered user experiences , ensuring the outputs are clear, useful, and aligned with user needs.
Own end-to-end design for highly impactful,
operational products
in the legal tech space.
Who is the Ideal Candidate:
4-6+ years
of experience as a
Product Designer
with proven high-ownership work.
Experience in
0→1 product design
in ambiguous environments.
Strong
systems thinking
and ability to simplify complex workflows.
Proficiency in
Figma
and experience designing
AI-powered
tools.
Comfortable working on both
product
and
brand design .
