Job Summary We are currently seeking a
Communications Coordinator
to join our growing team
onsite in Los Angeles, CA . This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who enjoys supporting internal and external communication processes and ensuring project information flows seamlessly across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and organize communication between project managers, clients, and internal departments.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for client and team meetings.
Maintain clear records of communications, documentation, and schedules.
Assist in drafting internal memos, summaries, and updates to ensure alignment between teams.
Provide administrative and project-related support to the communications and management teams.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Exceptional organizational and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Professional demeanor and ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
Positive, proactive attitude with a team-first mindset.
Must be able to work onsite at our Los Angeles office (this is not a remote position).
