What You'll Do
You'll support the Editorial Department with production, editorial, and administrative tasks:
Prepare manuscripts for production, including styling and cataloging
Convert Word documents to InDesign, ensuring formatting accuracy
Maintain communication files and assist with author correspondence
Process corrections and reprint packets across product lines
Catalog and organize published products using library software
Maintain archives and advertising sample collections
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a detail-oriented team player with a love for language and Lutheran ministry:
Bachelor's degree in theology, English, or related field (preferred)
Experience in editing, writing, or indexing (preferred)
Strong grammar and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe InCopy/InDesign
Familiarity with LCMS doctrine and culture
Organized, cooperative, and deadline-driven
