If so, we invite you to explore an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Private Client Insurance Producer at Arthur J. Gallagher. What You’ll Do Develop New Business: Leverage your network of centers of influence, including bankers, wealth advisors, and attorneys, to identify and secure new business opportunities. Design Tailored Solutions: Create bespoke insurance programs with top‑rated carriers, catering to the unique needs of high‑net‑worth individuals and families. Collaborate with Teams: Partner with Client Service Managers and account management teams to onboard new clients, manage relationships, and support the renewal process. Client Relationship Management: Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and retaining them as long‑term partners. Team Sales Participation: Work collaboratively with other producers and support personnel in team sales situations. Leverage Technology: Apply industry‑leading technologies to enhance sales, service, and client engagement. Business Planning: Prepare and implement an individual business plan and production budget to achieve your goals. Qualifications Well‑connected professional with an established network in the financial or insurance space. Passion for working with high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals and families. Strong consultative sales skills and ability to design tailored solutions. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners. Desire to learn and grow within the insurance industry, with access to industry‑leading training and resources. Required Background Bachelor’s degree and 1 year related experience, plus appropriate insurance licensing required. OR Bachelor’s degree and participation in Gallagher’s Sales Internship Program (GSIP), plus appropriate insurance licensing required. OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience. Preferred Designations CAPI, CPRIA, CPCU (or other professional designation).
