What You’ll Do

Lead & Innovate: Drive design projects with a strong focus on budget control and quality assurance.

Own the Process: Serve as Job Captain on single or multi-discipline projects, from concept to completion.

Collaborate & Coordinate: Work across disciplines to deliver final plans and specifications.

Strategize & Represent: Develop new design approaches and represent the team in client meetings.

Manage & Estimate: Prepare budgets, scopes of work, and estimate total design and construction costs.
What We’re Looking For

Expertise: 15+ years in machine design, mechanical engineering, and automation.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD (SolidWorks a plus), 3D modeling, and fabrication systems.

Industry Knowledge: Experience with material handling, ductwork systems, and automation design.

Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, communication, and project management abilities.

Requirements: Valid driver’s license; Associate degree or post-secondary engineering training preferred.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Toledo, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
