You'll be a key creative force, responsible for designing and producing a wide range of high-quality visual materials. You will work closely with our 3D and spatial designers to translate event concepts into cohesive and compelling visual experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong blend of technical design skills and artistic flair.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptual Design: Develop and execute innovative design concepts for a wide range of event and marketing needs, translating client briefs and creative direction into compelling visual solutions.
  • Design Application & Production: Create impactful 2D assets across all touchpoints, including event branding, digital graphics, print collateral, presentations, signage, and environmental graphics.
  • Collaboration with 3D Design: Work closely with 3D designers to integrate 2D graphics and branding into event environments, ensuring a seamless and immersive visual experience from concept to completion.
  • Presentation & Proposal Design: Design high-impact, persuasive pitch decks and new business proposals that clearly communicate our creative vision and win clients.
  • Brand & Identity: Support the development and application of visual branding and identity elements for events and internal projects, ensuring consistency and impact.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside the creative director, project managers, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of all design work.
  • Client Engagement: Assist in client presentations, clearly articulating design concepts and incorporating feedback effectively.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends in graphic design, typography, materials, and technologies to continuously elevate our design offerings.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Ideally 4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency, events, or experiential marketing setting.
  • Portfolio: A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing your expertise in layout, typography, brand application, digital design, and print design. Experience with event collateral or proposal decks is highly desirable.
  • Software Proficiency:
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • High proficiency in presentation software (e.g., Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides)
  • Familiarity with digital design tools (e.g., Figma) or motion graphics (After Effects) is a plus.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Proven ability to work alongside other creatives, including 3D designers, copywriters, and creative directors, to bring a unified concept to life.
  • Creative Vision: Strong aesthetic sensibilities, and the ability to think creatively and strategically both autonomously and with a team
  • Technical Understanding: Solid understanding of print production processes, digital design principles, and how to apply designs across various media (particularly large scale print fabrication and asset management)
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
  • Problem-Solver: A proactive and adaptable individual who can troubleshoot design challenges and offer innovative solutions.
  • Team Player: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively under tight deadlines.
