Role Overview: As Viven’s Brand Marketer, you’ll be responsible for shaping how the world perceives our company and category. You’ll build and evolve the brand narrative that captures Viven’s purpose and potential — translating deep technical innovation into emotionally resonant storytelling. This is a strategic and creative role for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of brand strategy, content, and go-to-market. You’ll work closely with our founders, product, and go-to-market teams to build a cohesive brand identity and presence across every touchpoint — from our digital channels and events to thought leadership and executive visibility. What You’ll Do Define and evolve Viven’s brand positioning — articulate our story, value proposition, and visual identity to differentiate us in a rapidly emerging AI landscape. Develop integrated campaigns that drive awareness, affinity, and category leadership — spanning digital, earned, and owned channels. Partner with product marketing to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives that connect with business and technical audiences alike. Create high-impact content — from founder thought leadership and executive communications to customer stories, website copy, and keynote scripts. Lead PR, analyst, and media strategy in partnership with external agencies and internal stakeholders. Build the brand foundation for scale, including brand guidelines, voice, messaging frameworks, and measurement of brand health and awareness. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Design to ensure message alignment across the customer journey. Represent Viven externally, helping build our reputation as a thought leader in digital twins, knowledge reasoning, and applied AI. What We’re Looking For 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on brand strategy, storytelling, and go-to-market leadership. Proven experience building or elevating a brand from early-stage to category leadership (Series A–C ideal). Deep understanding of enterprise software and/or AI markets — ability to communicate complex ideas with simplicity and emotion. Track record of developing successful brand campaigns, launches, or thought leadership programs. Excellent communication and writing skills — from narrative crafting to crisp messaging for executives, investors, and customers. Collaborative, hands‑on builder who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑ambiguity environments. Experience partnering with design, comms, and agency teams to execute world‑class creative and storytelling. Nice to Have Experience taking a company through a rebrand or category creation. Background in brand architecture, executive communications, or content strategy.
